世界盃

朋友回紐西蘭，跟我報過平安後，便問我有沒有看世界盃。看他興緻勃勃的，沒打算整盤冷水當頭潑下，只問一個跟進問題：昨晚嗎？
他說：明晚，香港時間午夜。
噢！脫節得連開戰了沒有也懵然不知。
過了一會兒，美國朋友問我會否看世界盃，我如實相告從來沒大興趣，他說：這是我首次覺得你像個女兒家。（我想，密友都已猜到這美國友人會是誰。）可是，我卻告訴他，足球不是我杯茶，壘球才是。接著便如數家珍般將我和壘球的小故事一一打給他知道。他說要帶我去三藩市（！）看壘球（！），我說，那是棒球。我想，此時此刻，他只能維持原判，繼續待我如鄰家的小波牛。
說到底，我跟世界盃和一切足球活動都沾不上邊，實在沒有興趣看二十二個大男人在草場上追逐那小皮球。我只關心這段時間，我這廳長有沒有睡覺的可能，因為，有線電視提供的直播轉播以至所有有關節目，均深得我父親和弟弟喜愛，就連媽媽也會一起捧場。窄窄的梳化，連坐的位置也沒有，怎可能睡呢？
但，我仍想告訴你，今屆我跟世界盃靠得好近，只因他：
如果你有剩餘的，幫幫忙啊！

Quite nice. I’m having a lot of changes recently, and I’m glad those are good changes. I start going to gym yesterday night, and it’s a great experience to me. I’ll write an entry about this later.
